At Waterworks District 14 of Ward 5, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.

Bill Payment Options

Looking for the most convenient way to pay your bill? We offer a wide variety of payment options to our customers. Payments can be made in person, by mail or over the phone. We accept checks, credit/debit cards (excepting American Express), and cash. We currently offer automatic draft/direct debiting and will soon offer online payments.

2023 DHH WATER GRADE

We are pleased to announce your community water system received an "A" from the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals for the 2023 operating year. The letter grade system provides an accountability process to support drinking water sustainability for our community.
